This Privacy Policy describes how Sunnah Enterprises ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us when you visit sunnahenterprises.com or place an order through it.
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password (passwords are stored hashed by our auth provider; we never see them in plain text).
- Order information — items purchased, quantity, price, delivery address, billing details, and order notes.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status; we never store your card number, UPI ID, or CVV.
- Communications — messages you send via the contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed (collected via Vercel Analytics in aggregated, anonymised form).
2. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to support enquiries.
- To improve our products, website, and customer service.
- To comply with applicable Indian laws (GST, consumer protection, record-keeping).
- To prevent fraud and unauthorised access to accounts.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services we use
Some functions of our website are powered by trusted third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
- Razorpay — payment processing (cards, UPI, wallets, net-banking).
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
- Google — Google Sign-In (optional login method).
These providers process data on our behalf only to the extent needed to provide their service.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your cart between visits, and short-lived cookies set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
We retain order records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Account information is kept while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time (see Your rights below).
6. Your rights
You can:
- Access and update your profile information from your account dashboard.
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you by emailing support@sunnahenterprises.com.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements above.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7. Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — HTTPS everywhere, role-based database access controls (Postgres RLS), and Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant payment infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take it seriously.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users where reasonable.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sunnahenterprises.com (the "Site") operated by Sunnah Enterprises (Regd. No. 2146/2009), Hyderabad, India ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your account
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sunnahenterprises.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to display product photos, descriptions, weights, and prices accurately. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, or labelling can occur. Product photos are illustrative and may not reflect the exact item received. Where there is a material discrepancy, our Refund Policy applies.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
- Payment is processed by Razorpay and supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net-banking, and wallets. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.
- An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully captured by Razorpay.
5. Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- Pricing or stock errors caused by system glitches
- Delivery to a serviceable but unsafe location
- Order quantities suggesting commercial resale without prior arrangement
If we cancel a paid order, a full refund will be processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the courier hands over the parcel at the delivery address.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
All sales are final once the order is dispatched. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds after dispatch. You may cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch. See our Cancellation & No-Refund Policy for the full terms.
8. User content
If you submit reviews, photos, or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and operational purposes. You confirm that the content is your own and does not violate any third-party rights.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates Indian law.
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or use other accounts or our systems without authorisation.
- Scrape, copy, or republish our product photos, descriptions, or other content without written permission.
- Place bulk fraudulent orders or repeatedly cancel orders to exploit pricing.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including logos, product photography, written descriptions, and the underlying software — is the property of Sunnah Enterprises or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our products are food and wellness items inspired by Sunnah traditions. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified medical practitioner for health concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunnah Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

All sales on Sunnah Enterprises are final once the order is dispatched. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds after dispatch — for any reason, including change of mind, taste, preference, late delivery, or any post-dispatch issue. This policy applies to every customer and every order, with no exceptions.
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order cancellation (before dispatch only)
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before the shipping notification is sent. Once you receive the shipping/tracking notification, the order is on its way and cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel before dispatch, message us on WhatsApp at +91 86390 60986 or email support@sunnahenterprises.com with your order ID. Cancellation requests received after the order has been handed to the courier cannot be honoured.
2. No returns, no refunds after dispatch
Because we sell food, oils, honey, capsules, and other consumables, we operate a strict no-return, no-refund policy once an order has been dispatched. Specifically, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind, taste, smell, colour, texture, or personal preference.
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or fully used.
- Wrong product ordered by the customer (please double-check before placing your order).
- Delay in delivery caused by the courier, weather, regional disruption, or any third party.
- Bundles, combos, or items purchased on offer / with a coupon.
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
3. Damaged parcels at the time of delivery
If the outer packaging looks visibly damaged, tampered with, or wet at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel at the door so the courier returns it to us. Once you accept and sign for the parcel, the product is your responsibility and we cannot offer a return, replacement, or refund.
4. Refund processing (cancellations only)
Refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method (UPI / card / wallet / net-banking). Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Non-delivery / lost in transit
If your parcel's tracking is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 24 hours and we will open an investigation with the courier. If the courier confirms in writing that the parcel was lost in their network, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion. No cash refund is issued for delivered or in-transit parcels.
6. Acceptance of this policy
By placing an order with Sunnah Enterprises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & No-Refund Policy. This policy is final and applies to all customers without exception.

Shipping Policy

We ship across India from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping charges.
1. Where we ship
We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is not currently available — if you need to ship outside India, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can arrange for bulk orders.
2. Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day are typically packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link where available.
3. Delivery time
Typical delivery windows from dispatch:
- Hyderabad & Telangana — 1 to 2 business days
- Major metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) — 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of India — 3 to 7 business days
- Remote / hilly / North-East areas — 5 to 10 business days
These are courier estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to weather, regional festivals, or courier issues outside our control.
4. Shipping charges
- Orders under ₹999 — flat ₹60 shipping fee.
- Orders ₹999 and above — FREE shipping across India.
Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, your tracking link is available in your account under My Orders. You will also receive the tracking ID by email and on WhatsApp where contact details are provided.
6. Failed delivery
Most couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail and the parcel returns to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (re-delivery shipping charges apply and are payable in advance). Per our Cancellation & No-Refund Policy, no refund is issued for parcels that fail delivery due to an unreachable recipient, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate and that you are reachable during delivery hours.
7. Damaged in transit
If the outer packaging looks visibly damaged, tampered with, or wet at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel at the door so the courier returns it to us. Once you accept and sign for the parcel it is your responsibility — see our Cancellation & No-Refund Policy for details.
